  • Please enter your current weight in the ‘Add a new weight’ section below. Remember to also add the current date. Click ‘Save Entry’ at the bottom of the page to save your information.
  • You can also add a variety of body measurements at the same time, if you wish to track these as well. Again, click ‘Save Entry’ afterwards.
  • Once you have entered two or more weight records, a graph of your progress will be displayed.
  • You can also if you wish enter a target weight, in the ‘Target Weight’ section below. Click ‘Set Target’ to save this.Once entered, your target weight will appear as a green horizontal line on your weight progress graph.
  • You can also view a list of all your weight readings, by first clicking on the shaded ‘Overview’ bar below, then selecting ‘All Entries’.
  • To return to the chart, first click on the shaded ‘All Entries’ bar, then select ‘Overview’.
