I couldn’t go away – even for a long weekend – without doing just a little bit of Pilates, and bringing some photos back for you!
Solva Harbour, near Britain’s smallest city of St Davids, is a wonderful place to paddle-board. And the calm, shallow waters are ideal for a spot of SUP Pilates, too!
Also a couple of Pilates pics taken from the very tip of the Pembrokeshire mainland, looking out across the water to Ramsay Island.
