What do the AVAILABILITY BARS mean?
- GREEN BARS – Regular spaces are available. Go ahead and book your classes now!
- YELLOW BARS – Spaces may not be available every week. Please check availability with Jane before booking.
- RED BARS – Class is usually full and we are not currently taking new bookings. Check back later or join waiting list.
- BAR LENGTH – indicates percent booked on next class only.

- Extra outdoor spaces in summer – Classes at The Three Hills, Sellindge Sports Club and Hythe Cricket Club may be taken outdoors in the summer if the weather is good on the day, in which case three more places will become available. If your preferred class is shown as full, please contact Jane if you wish to be informed when we are going outdoors, so that you may attend.
- Further ahead – Bars show places booked for the next class only. There may therefore currently be space available on future weeks. Please contact Jane to enquire.
- Last minute spaces – Check back regularly as last minute spaces sometimes become available.
- Waiting list – We can also add you to a waiting list in case of future cancellations or spaces.
- Online Classes – You can also join some of our classes online via Zoom (see above), or take one of approx 130 full hour recorded classes at any time. Learn more about our online classes!

COVID-19 SAFETY
Happily, the pandemic is far behind us, but Covid-19 remains a part of our lives, and can still be dangerous to some.
For this reason, we continue to stipulate as part of our terms of business, that you may NOT attend group or one-to-one classes if you currently have Covid-19, or if you have been in close contact with anyone known to have had Covid, and that you must then test negative before you return to class. We also ask that you test if you suspect you may have Covid-19.
Those who do not accept these terms should not attend classes with us.
For those temporarily unable to attend class due to Covid-19, we will instead offer you one of four weekly online live Zoom classes or a selection of recorded classes to take instead.
