Class Change Request Form

Please use the form below if you are unable to attend one of your pre-booked classes, and wish to swap that class to a different one. Please read the important terms and conditions below, and check our Class Availability before you complete the form. (Please note: if you have more than one class to change, a separate form must be completed for each .)

IMPORTANT: Changing Classes - Terms and Conditions

Changing a pre-booked class to a different week:

You must provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to change one of your pre-booked classes to a different week, otherwise pre-booked classes are not transferrable or refundable (with the exception below).

Short notice changes:

If you are unable to provide 7 days’ notice, we will however try to fit you in on a different class during that same week only, but this is subject to availability. Otherwise you can always attend one of our Zoom classes.
