Pilates in Grand Cayman

My brother lives on the beautiful Caribbean island of Grand Cayman, so I don’t get to see him very often. But this year I was fortunate enough to be able to visit him over Christmas, and enjoy a wonderful holiday in the sun.

Pilates helps me keep fit and healthy, and I always make sure I do plenty whilst away. Here are a few photographs of my Pilates in Grand Cayman, taken at Gun Bay Dock, in the East End district, overlooking the lagoon.
