  • Jane Mackenzie is a double Level 4 qualified Pilates instructor (the UK’s highest-level award). She has been a fitness professional for over 30 years, and is of course fully insured to teach online.
  • Jane currently has more than 170 full hour online Pilates classes in her library (all taught by her of course), with an additional class released each fortnight. Classes are conveniently categorised so you can find just what you are looking for.
  • Plus lots of 30 minute focus classes, if you don’t have time to take a full hour class.
  • Includes regular special outdoor classes, filmed in beautiful locations.
