Specially designed Trigger Point balls of the correct firmness for myofascial release (MFR). Sold as pair of two balls. Fantastic for relieving muscle tension. (Colours do not affect firmness.)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Unlike our speciast TP balls, most 'spikey' balls for sale through the major online shopping outlets are TOO HARD to be used for trigger point / MFR work, and can CAUSE DISCOMFORT OR PAIN.
- TP balls should never be used on varicose veins or thread veins.
