Our Thursday morning Pilates classes in Hythe have been running for a several months now, at Hythe Cricket and Squash Club, and have been a great success. We have a great bunch of ladies and gentlemen who are really beginning to see the benefits of regular Pilates exercises on their core strength, posture and balance. We also have several gentlemen from Hythe Cycling Club, for whom correcting postural imbalances from regular cycling is proving especially important.

Pilates comprises slow functional movements, especially designed to improve these elements of your health and fitness, and are suitable for all ages and abilities. We also give you different alternatives to each exercise, to make sure you are working to an appropriate level for you.
