Have you ever tried Pilates on a stand up paddle board?

Not only is a stand up paddle board (SUP) a fantastic way to see the coast, but it is also a really great activity to develop your balance and core stability. Sound familiar?!

SUPing and Pilates are therefore a great match, with one complimenting the other perfectly. But just for fun I thought I would try a few specific Pilates moves on my SUP, during a wonderful paddle in Dorset from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door. If you ask me nicely, I might even show you the out-takes!
