I’m very excited to announce that I shall be starting new daytime Pilates classes in Folkestone on Wednesday Mornings at 11.30 am, from Wednesday 6th February 2019.
Classes will be held at the Shepway Close Centre, Folkestone CT19 5SJ (click for map), which is a great central location in the Canterbury Road / Blackbull Road area. This a fantastic, modern and spacious hall, complete with kitchen and changing facilities, and with plenty of free parking nearby.
