Hello everyone

It’s great to be back teaching again after our holiday; we are now back in the full swing of it again. It’s always good to get back to teaching after a break. The break recharges my batteries, but I do miss everyone!

Survey Results and Actions

Thanks you so much to the 49 people who completed our Pilates Survey. Please read my news post which not only gives the results, but also the actions I shall be taking based on them. Pelvic Floor Exercises

I did mention before I went away that we need to complete 30 pelvic floor contractions every day to keep these muscles strong. I thought I would therefore share some information for you on this. Please see the attached sheets for men and women. Remember, like any muscles, they need to be worked regularly.

Social Pilates Walk – Sunday 14th April

Pop the date in your diary for our next walk – Sunday 14th April. I will be planning the route etc. over the coming weeks, and will provide further details soon.

Thursday Morning Pilates Classes

Our Thursday morning Pilates Classes are currently very busy, so please remember to pay in advance to guarantee your place. Our Wednesday morning classes in Sellindge and Folkestone still have plenty of space, so if any of you would like to try one of these classes instead sometimes, please let me know.
