Pilates Exercise Bands – £6.50

Exercise bands are used in our classes to provide additional resistance for some exercises, and also to facilitate an increased challenge to core muscles. They are also sometimes used for stretching.

High quality 1.75m Pilates exercise bands in a range of colours and strengths. Cost is £6.50 per band.
