Suitable for a wide range of exercises, Pilates loop bands are used to add additional restistance to body weight exercises, as well as to further challenge core muscles.

Loop bands come in a range of colours/strengths. Jane will advise as to which strength is most suitable for you. Cost is £3.50 per band.
