Hello Everyone

Autumn is upon us know and we are starting to get out those warm socks and boots. It’s been so good to see you all in classes and benefiting from my online Pilates, too. As you know I am constantly looking at ways to improve our health and wellbeing through our Pilates, walks and socialising, and the coming months will be no exception to this. Those who attend classes and/or online, please do let me know which type of sessions you benefit from the most and what you really enjoy doing (or don’t like doing!) I love receiving your feedback, as it helps me make our classes the best they can possibly be.

Equipment w/c 29th October

This coming week, we will be doing a ‘Release Relax and Revive’ class. Our bodies need to engage our parasympathetic nervous system more to help us relax and for the body to work at it’s optimum at work and play. If you have a long or short roller, TP balls, long band and eye mask, cushion, blanket for relaxation, please bring them along to class. Please don’t worry if you don’t have this equipment. I will have some TP balls and long bands you can borrow until you have your own. If you have tennis balls or small balls, those might also be OK. You can also purchase any of this equipment from our website shop, and I will bring it to class for you. https://www.janem.co.uk/shop/  We also have some brand new grippy socks in stock and I do love the new colours of them! They are going quickly at just £3 a pair!

Christmas social events

I will be organising several festive lunches and evening meals late November and early December. Message me or let me know in class which you would like to come to. I will confirm the venues this week, and you are all very welcome.

Christmas holiday dates and online cover

This Christmas period, the dates and the times when I can take a holiday have conspired to mean that classes won’t be running for a three-week period (with the exception of the ‘specials’ below!)  – stopping from Friday 13th December and starting again from Thursday 2nd January.

My extensive Jane Mackenzie 24/7 Online Pilates service means I have you covered in the interim. For just £24 you can subscribe for a full month and take as many classes as you like, whenever you like, from a range of approximately 150 classes all taught by me! Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this by registering your interest using the ‘Christmas Specials’ from below. As mentioned above, we have a slightly longer Christmas break this year, so I am planning to run some ‘Specials’ on the Christmas and New Year’s Eve as below (*subject to demand).
