As you know, our ‘Online Pilates 247’ offers an unmatched range of full hour Pilates class, and you can take as many as you like, whenever you like. And whenever possible, we also record these in lovely outdoor locations for you to enjoy. In addition, we are now recording our special outdoor classes in stunning 4k video! During our recent holiday in Fuerteventura, we were fortunate to find two wonderful, quiet such places, overlooking the sea:
The first of these classes was recorded in Caleta de Fuste, looking across the water with the marina in the background. For those who take this class, can you spot the big catamaran passing, and also the Moroccan Ground Squirrel that runs up to check me our briefly?! This is a harder advanced Pilates class for my more experienced clients, working the entire core cylinder.
The second class takes us back to a stunning location we have used in previous years: Punta de Tivas near Corralejo, looking north across the Atlantic towards Lanzarote. Those taking this class might spot the occasional surfer in the background, or walking back across the rocks towards me. This class focuses on the backward chain.
