Wishing to constantly improve what we do for you all, we’ve recently run a survey concerning our Online Pilates 247. You may not all have received a request to complete this, as we sent it out to current and past members only. But we do hope you’ll all be interested in the results!
Before we tell you a little about what people valued and suggested, let me draw your attention to the document below, which summarises the new features that we have already implemented for you, to make our Online Pilates even better!

Why did our clients first try our Online Pilates?
The things that meant the most to you included: the ability to practice your Pilates when I’m on holiday; recommendation (thank you!); time flexibility; and the ability to control your environment, e.g. temperature.
What is it about Pilates in general that’s important to you?
All the things we have come to expect from Pilates: flexibility, strength, back health, mobility, balance and posture. And also: relaxation and mental health; challenge; and improving osteoporosis.
What are best things about doing Online Pilates as an alternative to face-to-face classes?
There are so many advantages. The most popular ones included: doing classes more regularly; no strict commitment; no need to travel; freedom to dress as you please; cheaper; can omit sections as desired; flexibility and convenience; huge range to choose from.
How does doing an Online Pilates class with Jane make you feel?
Our Online Pilates 247 made you feel: ‘Safe’, ‘Included’, ‘Uplifted’, ‘Energised’ and ‘Exercised’! It also made you feel that you had done something worthwhile, and that you had achieved something.
What would you recommend to others about Our Online Pilates?
You valued my style of teaching, my qualifications and expertise (thank you so much!), and also things like: clear detailed instructions; suitability for all levels through categorised classes; convenience and accessibility; choice and variety; ease of use and technical support (Mat says thanks as well!) Some of you also loved to see Dennis our cat making an appearance!
What improvements could we make?
As mentioned at the start, we’ve listened, and have already made many of these improvements for you! The things you asked for included: simplification of browsing and selecting from the large number of classes available; a more detailed way to filter classes; more shorter classes with improved access; advanced classes; the ability to save favourite classes. You also suggested: classes organised into ‘themes’, and ways to ‘progress’ your Pilates.
