Suitable for a wide range of exercises, Pilates soft balls are used to make some exercises easier and some more challenging. They are also used in different ways for exercise variations and support. They are designed to be used partially inflated (soft).
High quality 23 cm Pilates soft ball made from PVC foam. Easy to self-inflate with tube provided. Burst-resistant (maximum weight load 100 kg).
