Pilates Hythe Thursday Morning. This was the first class we set up back in April, and over the course of the year we have built up a really nice group of people, who attend consistently, and are now really benefiting from regular Pilates.

We are delighted to have a very friendly group of cyclists with us, who have seen significant improvements in posture and core strength, essential if you spend a lot of time on a bike.

Pilates Hythe Thursday Morning is also a bit of a family affair, with Jane’s father-in-law Ed, and husband Mat amongst the regular attendees.

A really nice balance between ladies and gentlemen, we look forward to continuing this class into 2018.
