A wonderful morning teaching my Thursday morning Hythe Pilates groups, followed by our Christmas lunch at the Butt of Sherry in Hythe. This was a really successful event with 24 people from my two Hythe classes coming along.
It was lovely to spend some time with you all. Great food (my liver and bacon was delicious!) and great company. See you all in class next week!
