Leading Pilates instructor Jane Mackenzie teaches safe, effective Pilates classes suitable for all levels, at Sellindge Sports and Social Club on Tuesday  mornings at 10.45 am, and Wednesday mornings at 9.30. Classes cost £10.00 per session or £36 for a block of 4 sessions.

Pilates Classes in Sellindge with Jane Mackenzie

Jane has been an exercise professional for over 30 years, and has a special passion for Pilates, seeing the real difference regular practice can make to people’s lives in terms of improved flexibility, strength and posture, reduced back pain and a general feeling of wellbeing. Jane is a highly qualified instructor, with Pilates, Advanced Pilates for Back Care, Trigger Point Pilates and Pilates for Osteoporosis qualifications. Jane is also a qualified teacher and a Level 3 Fitness Trainer. Take your classes with an experienced instructor, and you really will notice the difference.

Jane Mackenzie’s Pilates classes in Sellindge are safe, slow and relaxed, with the emphasis on correct technique and listening carefully to your own body. Jane will always provide different levels for people to work at, so classes are suitable for all levels, and are especially suitable for beginners. Wednesday morning Pilates

Our Pilates classes in Sellindge are held at Sellindge Sports and Social Club, in their large, comfortable studio overlooking open fields. It’s a wonderful location, close enough to be accessible from Folkestone and Ashford, and there is ample free parking.

There’s always a warm and friendly atmosphere in Jane’s Pilates classes, and everybody is made to feel welcome. The ethos is to ‘work at your own pace’, and no-one is ever expected to try anything they are not comfortable with; exercise safety has always been Jane’s prime concern. We also run regular ‘Jane Mackenzie’s Health and Fitness’ social events, as Jane firmly believes that socialising as well as exercise is key to personal health and wellbeing.
