Hello Everyone

Christmas and New Year Class Timetable

Christmas is all but upon us, and just a quick reminder that our last candle-lit Pilates class will be on Christmas Eve 24th Dec, 9.15 am at Age Concern Hythe. This is a wonderful opportunity to get in a last minute class before relaxing over Christmas, so please let me know if you would like to join us.

Once Christmas and the New Year are behind us, it will soon be back to focusing on our health and fitness, so please take a look at the start dates for your chosen classes here: https://www.janem.co.uk/2019/11/christmas-timetable-2019-2020/ I will personally be available to respond to bookings and enquiries from 2nd January.

Brand new group Pilates class – Starts Tuesday 21st January

And we also have a brand new Pilates class starting in Hythe on Tuesday lunchtimes at 12.00 pm at the Burton Hall in Albert Lane, just round the corner from my other classes. This new class starts from 21st January. As well as another option for your regular class, this is also a great opportunity to make a firmer commitment to your fitness for 2020 by coming to two classes with me!

Rockin’ Rollers Masterclass!

A brand new Advanced Pilates Masterclass is booked for Saturday 29th February 2020. ‘Rockin’ Rollers’ will utilise foam rollers to further challenge our core muscles, and will also incorporate myofascial release work using the rollers and trigger point balls. This will be a very exciting event, with lots of brand new exercises! The masterclass cost of £33 also includes your very own high quality Pilates foam roller for you to practice at home, and bring to any future foam roller classes I run. Please let me know if you are interested – information and form here: https://www.janem.co.uk/pilates/advanced-pilates-masterclass-in-hythe/

And that is all from a Pilates packed 2019. It has been a great year for us all, with loads of classes and fun events to reflect back on. And 2020 is set to be even bigger and better. So all that remains is for me to thank you sincerely for being with us this year, and to wish you the happiest of Christmases and a happy and healthy New Year.
